(1) Nick J.Townsend of British alternative act WEAK13 has recently appeared in the Award-winning Revenge Horror directed by and starring Wayne Davies as the ultimate anti-hero - Trophy.

(2) A documentary about WEAK13 is in production, filming has been taking place over the past 12 months and is being overseen by film maker Thomas Lee Rutter. The movie promises to show the darker of Nick J.Townsend and to reveal secrets that will shock many. Filming is still in progress and there is no news on the completion date of the film. More news when we recieve it.

ALBUM NEWS:

Three WEAK13 albums are planned for 2009. A special album titled MISERY I.O.U. is to be released early 2009 which is to celebrate 10 years of WEAK13, also a full WEAK13 LIVE album will be released in the summer of 2009, plus a brand new studio album which is currently in production. Details being kept top secret till nearer the release dates.

NEW RADIO SHOW presented by Nick J.Townsend:

A global internet radio station dedicated to underground music has asked WEAK13's Nick J.Townsend to host their main radio show. The shows are all great and worth checking out. All the radio shows are available to listen to on-line.

On Halloween 2008 WEAK13 along with bands MUDBALL & MALEVOLENT ASPECT performed a LIVE internet gig via BASE STUDIOS. All three bands played Live to countless people around the world for this one-off LIVE internet broadcast. Some raw footage has been captured on YOUTUBE.
