RE: Who Do We Have To Kill To Get A Gig In Worcester?

I don't think we actually have a slot at the Music Festival. We can only do the Sunday as we have gigs on the Friday & Saturday in Kidderminster.

Basically we are a 5-piece band (vocals, lead & rhythm guitar, bass & drums) that play classic rock, rock 'n roll, blues, country rock and pop covers. We don't play the standards churned out by many covers bands (All Right Now, Wishing Well etc) but something a bit different that people remember.

Any help would be gratefully received. biggrin

HotWyred www.myspace.com/hotwyredband won the Wyvern FM cover band section in their Battle of the Bands and played a well-received set as warm up to the Back To The 80's Party On The Pitch at Sixways on Saturday. Our web page has had loads of hits this week and people recognise us in the street from doing the gig but can we get a gig at a Worcester venue? No. Ah well.
